德国德累斯顿工业大学招聘博士后
At TU Dresden, Faculty of Science, Department of Physics, Institute of Applied Physics (IAP), Chair of Optoelectronics (Prof. Dr. K. Leo) offers within the framework of the ESF junior research group “ORTHOPHOTO” for immediate start the position as
Member of academic staff / Postdoc (E 13 TV-L) in the area of orthogonal photolithography for highly integrated and fast organic transistors
limited until December 31st, 2014. The period of employment is governed by TzBfG.
The IAP is one of the world´s leading research institutes for organic electronic devices. The doping technology for organic small molecule semiconductors developed at IAP enables development of high efficiency organic light emitting diodes, solar cells and thin film transistors.
Tasks: The successful candidate will be expected to participate and to take responsibilities in the investigation of highly integrated organic transistors by orthogonal photolithography, including: preparation of organic field effect transistors with small channel lengths and study of the fundamental physics of such devices; application of orthogonal photolithography for the development of new concepts for organic transistors.
Requirements: excellent PhD degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, material sciences or related fields (the completion of the PhD degree should not date older than 2 years before starting date of employment); good practical skills; interest in applied research, organic electronics and molecular physics; high self-motivation, excellent command of English language, excellent computer skills and communication skills for teamwork.
Applications from women are particularly welcome. The same applies to disabled people.
Please send your complete application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of relevant certifications, list of publications, reference list, etc.) – preferentially via e-mail as pdf document – until September 9th, 2013 (stamped arrival date of the university central mail service applies) to Daniel.Kasemann@tu-dresden.de (Please note: We are currently not able to receive electronically signed and encrypted data) or with self-addressed envelope to: TU Dresden, Fakultät Mathematik und Naturwissenschaften, Fachrichtung Physik, Institut für Angewandte Physik (IAP), Professur für Optoelektronik, Herrn Dr. Daniel Kasemann, 01062 Dresden. |
