A postdoctoral position is available at The Centre for Science and Mathematics Education, Department of Mathematics and Computer Science for appointment from 15 June 2013 and for 12 months.
The postdoctoral position is announced in the context of the project “MaP-Mathematik mit Perspektive/Matematik med Perspektiv”, a Danish-German project with the aim to develop a sustainable programme for pre-service and in-service mathematics teacher training in the region of Southern Denmark and Schleswig-Holstein. The position encompasses research and development related to the project activities. Therefore insight in current trends in teaching mathematics at secondary and university level at both a general and concrete level will be considered in the overall assessment. The selected candidate will have demonstrated exceptional scientific qualities in one of the research fields mathematics education or teacher education.

The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and AC (the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).
