The School of Psychology at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus have some exciting job oportunities in Psychology.

The School covers the specialisms of cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, including vision research and biological psychology; social and health psychology, including evolutionary and clinical psychology; and developmental psychology. The successful candidates will have access to labs equipped with high quality research facilities, including eye tracking and EEG.

Candidates should have a PhD in Psychology or a related discipline who can make a significant contribution to the research activities in the School of Psychology. Applicants with expertise in any area of experimental psychology or cognitive neuroscience are encouraged to apply. Duties will involve research and some administration as directed by the Head of School.

Salary depending on qualifications and experience will be within the range:

• Postdoctoral Research Fellow scale: RM 4,500 – RM 8,000 per calendar month (with discretionary points thereafter)

This position is available from September 2013, or as soon as possible thereafter, on a fixed term contract for a period of 3 years in the first instance. The contract will be held with The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus and is subject to you obtaining the appropriate work permit from the Malaysian Department of Immigration.
