Applications are invited for the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Analysis, Asymptotics and Medical imaging group.  The successful candidate will work with Professor Thanasis Fokas and other members of the group on an EPSRC funded grant involving numerical implementation of analytical formulae arising in the solution of the inverse problems for PET, SPECT and MEG (magnetoenchephalography)-EEG (electroenchephalography) with emphasis on MEG-EEG. 

Applicants/the successful candidate should have/be about to obtain a PhD in a related area of medical imaging, Analysis/Asymptotics, having an established track record of original research and experience of working in collaboration.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 year in the first instance.
