PhD Postdoctoral Scientist
Position Description The research group in Pediatric Immunology headed by Prof. Jana Pachlopnik Schmid focuses on Primary Immunodeficiencies affecting T cell development and functioning. Current projects include studying T cell development in the thymus. A second focus is on inherited hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. The lab is located on the Irchel campus of the University of Zurich and offers numerous core facilities.
Experience Required Candidates should be highly motivated and able to work independently. Experience in experimental immunology, cell biology and a background in murine experimental studies and genetics are required.
Time frame The position is to start in January 2014 for a period of 2.5 years. |
