Position：贝尔实验室博士后 （固定接入通信）
Location：Jinqiao, Shanghai (with shuttle buses to cover most areas)
Employee Type：Permanent Employee (not intern position), candidates who will graduate in Y2013 are welcome.
Position: Bell Labs Post-doc —Fixed Access
Job Description:
1. Research and innovation in next generation access networks or related area.
2. Responsible for pre-study of fixed access, fixed-mobile convergence, Optical access, network virtualization and cloud computing.
3. Theoretical analysis and prototype design.
4. Contribution to patents, standardization and papers.
Qualifications:
1. Education background: Ph.D in communication, computer science or related areas;
2. Project experience: 2 years of research experience in Optical transmission/access, network virtualization, cloud computing or FMC;
3. Specific skill, knowledge and competencies:
a) Familiar with access networks (both fixed access and fixed/mobile convergence, e.g. DSL, PON, WiFi, 3GPP, LTE etc.), and related protocols;
b) Familiar with C/C , Matlab, OPNET/NS2;
4. General competencies: High responsibility, dedication and team spirit;
5. Language ability: Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English;
6. Plus: Experience in prototype building and system simulation is a plus;
