简介
复旦大学管理学院可持续创新和增长研究所（Institute for Sustainable Innovation and Growth ,iSIG）因研究工作需要现招聘博士后两名，有关工作内容和职位信息如下：

具体工作
- 从事市场营销定量研究（一部分与可持续创新和发展有关），目标是在相关领域国际顶尖学术期刊上发表研究成果；
- 持续2-3年，在丁敏教授(美国宾州州立大学Smeal 商学院Smeal 营销和创新讲席教授、复旦大学博士生导师、复旦大学管理学院顾问教授, 可持续创新和增长研究所所长)指导下开展研究，同时每名博士后将与两名国外市场营销领域知名专家一起工作。
- 至少有半年在美国

具体要求
- 品德优良，有责任感
- 爱好学术研究
- 已获得博士学位（4年内）或将于2013年毕业的博士研究生，能够尽快开始工作；
- 已有良好的定量研究训练（或有定量研究的潜力并愿意学习）；
- 虽然不要求已具备相关知识背景，但应对市场营销非常感兴趣，有志于在该领域发展。市场营销研究有很强的定量性，纳入研究的数据类型多种多样，例如个体水平不同时间购买行为数据，视频、音频、社交网络数据等等；
- 英语流利，工作中能与国外专家学者使用英语交流。

薪资待遇与职业发展
- 研究所将为博士后提供较为优厚的职位津贴，具体取决于工作能力和经验；
- 出站之后，我们期望博士后能获得国内或国外商学院市场营销系任职的机会。目前国内外此类职位的薪酬都十分具有竞争力，发展前景良好。

Institute for Sustainable Innovation and Growth

Position: Postdocs

We, Institute for Sustainable Innovation and Growth (iSIG), Fudan School of Management, are looking to hire two postdocs.

Main Duties:

- The postdocs will be working on quantitative marketing problems (some will be related to sustainable innovation and growth).
- We expect the postdoc will spend 3-4 years at the institute, working with Fellows of the institutes who are usually distinguished marketing scholars in North America, as well as with Professor Ding (Min Ding, Director of iSIG, Smeal professor of Marketing and Innovation, Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University, and Advisory Professor of Marketing, School of Management, Fudan University). The postdoc will be under his supervision.
- We expect the postdocs will be able to eventually obtain a faculty position in a Marketing Department in a good business school either in China or outside China (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia, EU, ..).

The ideal candidate would:

- Have good character and strong sense of responsibility;
- Have a passion for academic research;
- Have a Ph.D. within 4 years or will obtain Ph.D. in 2013;
- Have strong quantitative training (for example, a Ph.D. in applied math, or computer science, or engineering …);
- Have been well trained to analyze data (any kind of data);
- Be professional in English
