We wish to recruit a Post-doctoral Scientist to work in the LLR Molecular Haematology Unit to undertake genetic and functional analysis of leukaemia. You will be involved in the investigation of the role of mutations in the splicing factor SF3B1 in the molecular pathogenesis of the myelodysplasic syndromes (preleukaemia). You should hold a relevant degree and PhD and research experience in gene expression profiling and/or RNA splicing and human cell culture is essential.
